Ardis Griggs, Real Estate Consultant

Ardis Griggs has over 10 years of experience in the Real Estate industry.  She started in this industry as an investor - buying, selling, refinancing, building and managing properties in the Houston area.  She accomplished this while working full-time as a Senior Marketing Manager for several large corporations. 

In 2005, Ardis started in the mortgage lending business.   Her goal was to find a more flexible career that would allow more time with the family, while still exercising her extensive management skills. Soon after that, she further solidified her real estate expertise by becoming a licensed Real Estate Agent.  Since then she has worked to help many people reach the dream of home ownership that previously seemed out of reach.  She takes time to find the best home and loan to fit the client instead of selling everyone the same cookie cutter package.

Ardis has a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Alabama and a Master of Business Administration degree (M.B.A.) from Case Western Reserve University, Weatherhead School of Business in Cleveland Ohio.  She has also completed over 60 hours of loan officer training and 150 hours of realtor training.
